Materials
-Main fabric- Your choice
-Silver Liner- 400 D high density nylon packcloth
-Ballistic CORDURA - (for the bottom of the bag) 1680 D coated CORDURA Ballistic nylon fabric. It is a thick tough fabric used for a variety of applications demanding very abrasion resistance. High anti-abrasive properties, mildew resistant and made to be protected against ultra violet rays.
-1 inch seat belt webbing for short handles
-1 inch flat weave webbing for removable shoulder strap with metal G-hooks for attaching straps to bag.

The Bottom and short sides are constructed with three layers to protect the goods and to keep the bag a little more firm on the sides.
Packcloth, padding and the main fabric for the short sides and Ballistic (a tougher fabric) for the bottom.
There is a front pocket and an inside pocket. Flaps that go over the basket with buckles that connect to the bottom of the bag.

I can make this bag in any size to fit any of the Wald baskets. If you give me the dimensions I can give you a quote. I have plenty of fabric options available to choose from to make the bag compliment your bike perfectly.
