The Stem Cell is designed to be attached to the front of your top tube. It is a great place to store items like snacks, small tools, more snacks, lip balm, sunscreen, etc. Approximate dimensions are 7.25" long, width tapering 3.75" to 2.75" front to back, and height tapering 4.5" to 2.5" front to back.
The Stem Cell has a shock cord in the front for attaching it to your steerer tube and either one-wrap Velcro with three available positions for attaching it to your top tube or grommets for bolt-on top tube mounting (which also includes one position to place Velcro so the bag can be used on a bike without top tube bosses).
