Jacquelyn, the owner and sewer of BroadFork Bags, was an absolute pleasure to work with, and her bags are designed and sewn with utmost thoughtfulness, care, and quality. When I first considered a custom frame bag, I reached out to 5 different custom bag companies with some specific questions, and 4 of those companies replied saying basically "Trust us, we know what we're doing, and go ahead a place your order." Only Jacquelyn replied thoughtfully, providing a detailed explanation of the pros and cons about what I was asking, and she posted my question to an internal group of custom bag makers, sharing their responses with me, allowing me to make an informed decision for myself. Other people might prefer to be told what to do, but I've been tinkering with gear all my life (I'm 75) and feel confident about making my own gear decisions. I've never encountered such superb and high quality customer service in the bike industry before. I confidently and highly recommend BroadFork Bags!
