Fabric choices

Both the Dyneema and the VX fabrics are very high quality durable materials. When trying to make your decision, it basically all comes down to how much you want to spend and how important it is to have the lightest bag possible. 

The Dyneema does wrinkle more easily giving the bag that distressed look. The  Dyneema I typically use is the 2.9, half the weight of the VX21 and LiteSkinLS21 which is a 6.3 weight. The black dyneema I use is 5.0, only a tad bit lighter than the VX. 

If requested, I can order any color of dyneema you would like and almost any color of VX.  Lead time for printing is usually about 10 days.

X-PAC

X-Pac laminate is the workhorse fabric technology for bikepacking gear. The laminate makeup allows multiple layers, each with different beneficial properties, to be combined into one fabric.
